Can't make it to the gym? Try these sample at home full body HIIT workouts that you can perform anywhere, at any time. All you need is your body and a positive mindset to get started on your fitness journey.

At home sample workout 1:

(20 Minutes total)

complete 1 round
every 4 min (Repeat for 5 rounds)
-40 DU/lateral hops
-15 burpees
-20 later sk8 hops
-20 plank up downs

(Complete 1 set of each movement, the faster you go the more rest you get! Not meeting the time cap that's okay, complete what you can in the 20 minutes.)

 

Att home sample workout 2:

(Complete for time on a 32 Minute running clock)
50-40-30-20-10
-knees to chest
-lunge jumps 
-contralateral plank arm + leg raise
-squat jumps

***Every 4:00 complete: 400m run, or 1:30 timed run or plank hold )

(Start by completing 50 reps of each movement, then 40, then 30.... get as many reps as you can in 32 minutes!)
