Health & wellness has always been my passion, and with over 10+ years in the fitness industry, my specialty lies in working with children & personalizing programs for individuals of all ages. Whatever your fitness goal may be, we shall conquer them together. I strongly believe training should be simple, fun, and most of all, effective! I promise you'll feel your best, look your best, but will develop a positive outlook towards exercise.

Introducing KEP's KidsFit

Live & Virtual Training Sessions for Youth

Every Mon & Wed | 4:00 PM ET

Get your kids moving without leaving the comfort of home! Try a 30 minute, live, virtual kid's training class every Mon. & Wed. at 4:00pm ET.  No equipment necessary, this class is for ages 5-12, and all ability levels.

Workouts will be fun and inclusive, teaching children that fitness is not a punishment but necessary for everyday life. Each class will focus on building, improving, and developing balance, coordination, fine & gross motor skills, and most importantly teaching the importance of health & fitness.
